Local Chapters
The local chapters engage in the following range of activities:
- Celebration of Science Day- lectures, seminars, exhibition
- Awards, etc. for greater motivation in science
- Organizing science quiz among college students
- Sending as many students as possible for Minaxi Lalit Science Awards
- Setting up merit-cum-need based scholarships for science students
- Taking up science centres- community or school- to be established in the Chapters surrounding area
- Adopting of school/schools for improvement of science education including for students and teachers of the school
